1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using anyWeblink.com, including its website directory, link management tools, and autosurf advertising services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Website Submissions & Content Guidelines

All websites listed in the directory must be family-friendly and suitable for all audiences. We do not allow adult websites of any kind. When you submit a website, link, or advertisement to our directory, you agree that:

• You are the authorized owner or representative of the submitted website.
• Your website is not an adult website and does not contain pornographic, sexually explicit, nude, or suggestive content, or anything intended for mature audiences only.
• Your website is not a gambling, betting, casino, or sports-wagering site.
• Your website does not contain illegal content, malware, phishing attempts, hate speech, violent content, or copyright infringement.
• Your link opens directly on the page you submitted. It does not redirect visitors to a different page or website, and it does not open pop-ups or prompts (for example invitations to open an app, install, subscribe, or allow notifications) that must be dismissed before the page can be viewed.
• Submitted titles and descriptions comply with character limits and accurately reflect the destination URL.
• anyWeblink administration reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any submitted link or listing at any time without prior notice, including any listing that is an adult website or otherwise breaks these rules.
• Visitors may report a listing using the Report button. Reported listings are reviewed by an administrator and removed if they break these terms. Where you provided an email address, we will tell you the reason a submission was removed.

3. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access to administrative control panels, exploit autosurf or link tracking systems via bots or automated scripts, or disrupt service for other users.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services on anyWeblink.com are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, uninterrupted link availability, or specific traffic outcomes from directory submissions.

5. Limitation of Liability

anyWeblink shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our directory listings, external website links, or advertising platforms.

6. Sponsored & Top Category Placements

Listing owners may optionally pay (via PayPal) to have a listing shown in the Sponsored area or pinned to the top of its category for a chosen number of days. Placements activate automatically once PayPal confirms payment and end automatically when the purchased days run out. A placement does not guarantee views, clicks, or position, does not exempt a listing from review, and is non-refundable once activated except where required by law or for a billing error. Listings removed for violating these Terms forfeit any remaining placement time. Full details are in Section 8 of the anyWeblink Terms of Service, which control if there is any conflict.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of anyWeblink following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
